Day 1 | Hangzhou – Arrival & Relaxation

Upon your arrival at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport or local railway station, our professional driver will meet you and transfer you directly to your downtown hotel in a private 5-seat car for check-in.
The rest of the day is entirely at your leisure. You can take the time to rest and recover from your journey, explore the nearby streets, or sample delicious local snacks at your own pace. There are no planned sightseeing activities today, allowing you to settle in comfortably.

Day 2 | Hangzhou – West Lake & City Highlights

Accommodation: Standard hotel in Hangzhou (stay in the same hotel for another night)
Schedule:
After breakfast at your hotel, begin your exploration of Hangzhou’s most iconic sights.
- Visit Leifeng Pagoda, a beloved landmark overlooking West Lake. Climb to the top to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding city landscapes.
- Stroll around the famous West Lake and stop at Viewing Fish at Flower Harbor, one of the classic Ten Scenes of West Lake. Wander along the peaceful lakeside paths and soak in the tranquil, poetic natural scenery.

- West Lake and Viewing Fish at Flower Harbor are free public scenic areas.

Day 3 | Hangzhou → Shaoxing – Cultural & Heritage Tour

After a satisfying breakfast at your hotel, depart Hangzhou and drive to Shaoxing — the birthplace of writer Lu Xun and a city steeped in rich history. The drive takes approximately 1.5 hours.
Upon arrival, discover Shaoxing’s cultural highlights at your own pace:
- Explore Yellow Rice Wine Town to learn about Shaoxing’s centuries-old rice wine brewing tradition, a key part of the city’s heritage.
- Visit Lu Xun’s Former Residence, the childhood home of one of China’s greatest modern writers, and gain insight into his life, work, and the stories that shaped his writing.
- Wander along Cangqiao Straight Street, a well-preserved ancient water street lined with traditional houses, stone bridges, and charming local shops, offering a taste of authentic Shaoxing life.
After your day of exploration, check into your hotel in Shaoxing. In the evening, you can take a leisurely stroll through the old streets to experience the local night atmosphere and lifestyle.

Day 4 | Shaoxing → Wuzhen – Iconic Water Town Experience

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel before departing for Wuzhen, one of Jiangnan’s most famous and beloved water towns. The drive takes approximately 2 hours.
Spend the entire day exploring Wuzhen’s East and West Scenic Areas:
- Wuzhen East Scenic Area preserves the town’s original folk culture and the simple daily life of local residents, offering a glimpse into traditional water town living.
- Wuzhen West Scenic Area showcases exquisite ancient architecture, elegant stone bridges, winding canals, traditional handicraft workshops, and a breathtaking night view that comes alive after dark.
Take your time to wander through the ancient lanes, cross charming stone bridges, and immerse yourself in the authentic water town atmosphere. End your day with a comfortable overnight stay in Wuzhen.

Day 5 | Wuzhen → Nanxun → Xitang – Twin Ancient Towns Tour

After a hearty breakfast at your hotel, set off to explore two of Jiangnan’s most charming ancient towns.
- Drive approximately 40 minutes from Wuzhen to Nanxun Ancient Town, known for its serene atmosphere, classical gardens, and well-preserved old merchant mansions. Wander through quiet lanes and discover the town’s rich history.
- Continue your journey with a 1-hour drive to Xitang Ancient Town, famous for its iconic covered corridors and traditional riverside dwellings. Take your time to explore the ancient streets, stone bridges, and picturesque water scenery at a relaxed pace.
After a full day of sightseeing, check into your hotel in Xitang or Jiaxing for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 6 | Departure – End of Your Jiangnan Tour
