Shipping Policy (Yajoon Travel)
1. No Physical Goods Shipping
Yajoon Travel is a service-only travel provider and does not sell or ship any physical products, goods, or merchandise. All our services are digital and experience-based, including itinerary planning, tour guiding, transportation transfers, hotel/attraction bookings, and cultural activities.
2. Delivery of Travel Services
- All travel services will be delivered on-site in China (primarily Beijing and surrounding areas) as specified in your confirmed itinerary.
- Digital documents (e.g., itinerary confirmations, e-tickets, vouchers) will be sent to you via email or our official communication channels at least 3 working days before your trip start date.
3. No Shipping Fees or Tracking
Since no physical items are shipped, there are no shipping fees, delivery times, or tracking numbers associated with our services.
4. Changes to Service Delivery
- In the event of unavoidable disruptions (e.g., force majeure, operational adjustments), we will notify you promptly via email or phone and provide alternative arrangements or refunds as outlined in our Terms of Service.
