The journey takes approximately 2.5 hours via expressway. Along the way, enjoy the natural scenery of the transition zone between the Guanzhong Plain and the Qinling Mountains, and learn about the geological formation, historical legends, and mountaineering culture of Huashan. Tickets are processed upon arrival — no queuing required.

Take the official scenic area shuttle bus along the winding mountain road to the West Peak Cable Car Station. Ride the West Peak Grand Cableway (Taihua Cableway) to ascend the mountain, enjoying panoramic views of Huashan's cliffs, canyons, and unique peaks from the air, directly reaching the West Peak core scenic area and saving your climbing energy.

First ascend West Peak (Lotus Peak) to see iconic attractions such as the legendary "split the mountain to save mother" site, Lotus Cave, and the Cliff of Self-Sacrifice. Then hike to South Peak (Wild Goose Peak) — the highest peak of Mount Hua — for the summit panoramic view. Optional: the thrilling Plank Road in the Sky (at your own expense).

Choose from the summit restaurant or convenient supply points. Suggested options include instant noodles, Shaanxi-style noodle set meals, or simple Chinese stir-fries. Alternatively, bring your own food and rest at the viewing platform to recharge.

Hike from South Peak to East Peak (Chaoyang Peak), visiting attractions such as the Hawk's Turn (optional experience) and the Chess Pavilion. Pass through Central Peak (Jade Maiden Peak) for tranquil mountain scenery, and finally arrive at North Peak (Yuntai Peak) to see the "Huashan Sword Competition" inscription stele and overlook the panoramic view of Huashan.

Take the North Peak cable car down the mountain, then transfer to the scenic area shuttle bus back to the Huashan Visitor Center. Gather for a rest and check the number of people and personal belongings.

Return by the same vehicle, approximately 2.5 hours. Rest and adjust along the way, concluding a fulfilling one-day Huashan hiking trip with drop-off directly at your hotel entrance.
