Travel Itinerary

13-Day China Panorama Tour: Shanghai, Tibet Everest, Xi'an & Beijing

Airport pick-up service and transfer to your downtown hotel for check-in. Free time to rest and explore the surrounding area at your own pace. Overnight in Shanghai.

Visit Shanghai Museum, the classical Yu Garden, the bustling Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and the iconic Bund waterfront with colonial architecture. Overnight in Shanghai.

Take a domestic flight from Shanghai to Lhasa. Upon arrival, enjoy private transfer to your hotel. Take a full day of rest to acclimatize to the high altitude with no scheduled activities. Overnight in Lhasa.

Visit the UNESCO Potala Palace, the sacred Jokhang Temple and the historic Barkhor Street. Experience authentic Tibetan Buddhist culture and local traditions. Overnight in Lhasa.

Drive from Lhasa to Shigatse, passing through stunning alpine scenery. Visit the turquoise Yamdrok Lake and Karola Glacier along the way. Overnight in Shigatse.

Drive to the Everest region, visit Rongbuk Monastery, the highest monastery in the world, and enjoy close-up views of Mount Everest. Overnight at a local guesthouse near Everest Base Camp.

Enjoy morning views of Mount Everest, then drive back to Shigatse. Visit the grand Tashilhunpo Monastery, the traditional seat of the Panchen Lama. Overnight in Shigatse.

Take a train from Shigatse back to Lhasa, then catch a connecting flight to Xi'an. Upon arrival, enjoy private transfer to your hotel for check-in. Overnight in Xi'an.

Visit the world-famous Terracotta Warriors Museum, walk along the well-preserved Xi'an Ancient City Wall, and explore the vibrant Muslim Quarter with local snacks. Overnight in Xi'an.

Take a high-speed train from Xi'an to Beijing. Upon arrival, enjoy private transfer to your downtown hotel. Free time to rest and explore the city. Overnight in Beijing.

Visit Tiananmen Square, the magnificent Forbidden City, and climb Jingshan Park for a panoramic view of the imperial palace complex. Overnight in Beijing.

Visit the well-preserved Mutianyu Great Wall. In the afternoon, pass by the Bird's Nest National Stadium and Water Cube Olympic venues for exterior views. Overnight in Beijing.

Visit the Temple of Heaven in the morning. Complete hotel check-out and enjoy private transfer to Beijing Capital Airport for your departure.
