Compete on three classic standards: tea liquor color, foam fineness, and foam adhesion ("bite the cup"). The tea master will score each entry and share professional commentary.

Try Cha Bai Xi — the ancient art of painting delicate patterns on tea foam, a signature elegant pastime of Song Dynasty scholars.
