Jinshanling to Simatai Great Wall Hiking Private Day Tour

Your day begins with pickup from your hotel in downtown Beijing, followed by a scenic drive to Jinshanling Great Wall. This section features a breathtaking blend of original ruins, preserved fortifications and partially restored walls, with stunning photo opportunities at every turn. You will embark on a thrilling 3-hour, 5km hike from the East Section of Jinshanling to the West Section of Simatai, passing 15 ancient watchtowers and enjoying panoramic mountain views. Please note: due to the temporary closure of the full Simatai West Section, the hike ends at Qilin Tower. The spectacular scenery and authentic wild Great Wall experience along the route more than make up for the adjusted route.

After completing the hike, you will enjoy a relaxed lunch at a local restaurant, savoring authentic local cuisine and resting before the return trip.

Once you are refreshed and satisfied, we will drive you back to your hotel in downtown Beijing, concluding your Great Wall hiking adventure with unforgettable memories.
