1. How the Booking Process Works

Step 1: Explore & Inquire

  • Browse our Ready-Made China Tours or request a Tailor-Made Itinerary.
  • Click “Inquire Now” on any tour page to send us a free, no-obligation request.
  • Share your travel dates, group size, interests, and budget in the form.

Step 2: Get Your Personalized Quote

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with a detailed proposal.
  • The proposal includes: itinerary outline, hotel options, included services, and pricing breakdown.
  • We offer unlimited revisions until you’re fully satisfied with the plan.

Step 3: Confirm & Secure Your Tour

  • Review the final itinerary and booking terms with your travel advisor.
  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking and lock in availability.
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before your departure date.

Step 4: Receive Your Pre-Departure Package

  • Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll send you a full booking confirmation.
  • The package includes: final itinerary, hotel details, guide contact info, packing list, and travel tips.
  • We stay in touch with you right up to departure to answer any questions.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Bank Transfer (SWIFT)
  • Alipay / WeChat Pay (for travelers with Chinese payment methods)

All payments are processed over SSL-encrypted connections to protect your personal and financial information.


3. How to Modify Your Booking

If you need to make changes after confirming your trip:

  • Minor changes (dietary requests, room preferences, activity adjustments) made 14+ days before departure are free of charge.
  • Major changes (travel dates, number of travelers, or full itinerary shifts) may incur additional fees, depending on hotel/airline cancellation policies.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 60+ days before departure: Full refund of your deposit.
  • 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of your deposit.
  • 15–29 days before departure: No deposit refund.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund of any payments made.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
