## Visa & Entry Requirements
### Do I need a visa to visit China?
Citizens of many countries are eligible for China's visa-free transit policy or visa-free entry for tourism. For the most up-to-date information, please visit the official website of the Chinese Embassy in your country.
If you require a visa, we can provide you with an official invitation letter to support your visa application.
### How long does it take to get a Chinese visa?
Visa processing times vary by country, but generally take 4-10 business days. We recommend applying for your visa at least 1 month before your departure date.

### Are international flights included in the tour price?
No, international flights to and from China are not included in our standard tour prices. We can assist you with booking flights at competitive rates upon request.
### What transportation is included in the tour?
All ground transportation within China is included, including airport transfers, private vehicles with driver, and domestic flights/trains as specified in your itinerary.
## Accommodation
### What type of hotels do you use?
We use carefully selected 4-star and 5-star hotels located in central areas of each city. All hotels offer clean, comfortable rooms and modern amenities.
If you have specific accommodation preferences or require a different star rating, we can customize your itinerary accordingly.
### Can I request a single room?
Yes, single rooms are available for an additional supplement. Please let us know your preference when booking.
## Guides & Services
### Will I have a private guide?

We also offer guides in other languages including French, German, Spanish and Japanese upon request.

## Travel Information
### What should I pack for my trip to China?
We recommend packing comfortable walking shoes, lightweight clothing, a jacket for cooler evenings, sunscreen, a hat, and any necessary medications.
A detailed packing list will be included in your pre-departure information packet.
### What is the best time to visit China?
China is a year-round destination, and the best time to visit depends on the regions you plan to explore.
- Spring (April-May) and Autumn (September-October) offer the most pleasant weather nationwide
- Summer (June-August) is warm and ideal for visiting northern China
- Winter (November-March) is perfect for skiing and experiencing Chinese New Year celebrations

Yes, we strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before their trip. Travel insurance should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage and emergency evacuation.
## Health & Safety
### Is China safe for tourists?
Yes, China is generally a very safe country for tourists. Violent crime against foreigners is rare, and most travelers experience no safety issues during their trip.
However, as with any travel destination, we recommend taking standard precautions to protect your personal belongings.
### What about food and water safety?
Tap water in China is not safe to drink. We recommend drinking only bottled water, which is widely available throughout the country.
