Our Responsibilities

• We will provide the services as described in your confirmed itinerary.
• We will provide a professional guide and private vehicle as specified in your booking.
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests, subject to availability.

Liability Limitations

• We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party services.
• We are not responsible for changes to your itinerary caused by airline cancellations, delays, or force majeure events.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or the courts of Beijing.
