7-Day Hulunbuir Forest & Prairie In-depth Private Tour

Airport pickup in Hailar. Head to the Morigele River to immerse in the vast grassland landscape and nomadic lifestyle. Overnight in Ergun.

Explore Ergun Wetland in the morning, then drive to Genhe to visit the Aoluguya Reindeer Tribe. Feed gentle reindeer and learn about Ewenki herding culture.

Visit Moerdaoga National Forest Park, the southern tip of the Greater Khingan Mountains with primeval forest scenery. Drive to Shiwei, a charming Sino-Russian border town.

Catch sunrise over the Ergun River at Linjiang Village, then drive along the scenic border highway to Heishantou. Enjoy grassland horse riding and sunset over rolling hills.

Stop at 186 Colorful Ribbon River for panoramic border views. Arrive in Manzhouli, explore Matryoshka Square and take in the spectacular Russian-style city night view.

Visit Hulun Lake, China’s fifth-largest freshwater lake known as the grassland pearl. Drive back to Hailar through the vast grassland corridor.
